We respect Your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Policy”). This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from You or that You may provide (“Personal Information”) in the “PostTag Prime” API based services (“Service”) and the “PostTag: Address Finder” mobile application (“Mobile Application”) and any of Our other bespoke products and services (collectively, “Services”); and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing any information, personal or otherwise. It also describes the choices available to You regarding our use of Your Personal Information and how You can access and update it.

Definition

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Personal Data / Personal Information means information which You provide to us which personally identifies You within the applicable data protection rules. Examples include Your name, email address, phone number.

Who processes this data?
‍We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.

What data do we collect?
‍Information collected from cookies set in Your Device that qualify as personal data will be processed by Snitcher, a platform offering visitor identification and ad targeting services with offices in Stockholm and Krakow. Please see below forfull contact details. The purpose for the processing of the personal data is that it enables Snitcher to improve a service rendered to us and our website (e.g “Intent” service), by adding data to their database about companies.

‍What is it used for?
‍The Snitcher database will in addition to “Intent Data” be used for targeted advertising purposes towards companies and for this purpose data will be transferred to third-party data service providers. For the purpose of clarity, targeted advertising regards companies, not towards individuals. The data that is collected and used by Snitcher to achieve this purpose is information about the IP address from which You visited our website and technical information that enables Snitcher to tell apart different visitors from the same IP address. Snitcher stores the domain from form input in order to correlate the IP address with Your employer.

What is it?

PostTag apps provide geolocation, address validation and journey scheduling. In order to do this it is essential to collect a minimum amount of user information and usage data.

What data do we collect?

User information is limited to registration information including:

• Email addresses,
• Username

We do not process any sensitive information.

When our applications are used we may also collect the following information:

• Geolocation Information: We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile applications, to provide certain location-based services.
• Mobile Device Data – we may collect device information including but not limited to your mobile OS version, device type and app events.

What is it used for?

‍We may use data for the following purposes:

• Diagnostic data is shared with Third Party Analytics providers namely Google Analytics and App Store Connect (Apple) in order to assess, and/or improve the performance of our application.
• Third parties do not process any personal information provided to us.
• PostTag Group Ltd use user information to:

• • Facilitate account creation, authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log into your account, as well as keep your account in working order.

• • To identify usage trends. We may process the information about how you use our Services to better understand how they are being used so we can improve them.

• • To comply with our legal obligations. We may process your information to comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights.

We do not engage in providing this data to any Third Parties other than the parties mentioned above. All data is reviewed by Us in aggregated format and is not linked to any personal or identifiable data.

How long do we retain your data?

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above. If users wish to erase their data, in accordance with GDPR’s Right to Erasure, please contact apphelp@posttag.com.

Mobile Applications licensing terms

Apple & Google standard licencing terms apply, in addition the following two points apply:

• Users of our app are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view location and address data whilst the app is being used.
• Users of our app are not permitted to download, store or extract any of the data accessed through the application.
