Our carefully selected partners and service providers may process personal information about you on our behalf. This includes information captured through our website.

PostTag Group Ltd – All Mobile Applications
PostTag apps provide geolocation, address validation and journey scheduling. In order to do this it is essential to collect a minimum amount of user information and usage data.
Who processes this data?

User information is limited to registration information including email addresses and username. We do not process any sensitive information.
When our applications are used we may also collect geolocation information and mobile device data including mobile OS version, device type and app events.
We may use data for diagnostic analytics, account creation, identifying usage trends and complying with legal obligations.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above. If users wish to erase their data, in accordance with GDPR’s Right to Erasure, please contact apphelp@posttag.com.
Mobile Applications licensing terms
- Users of our app are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view location and address data whilst the app is being used.
- Users of our app are not permitted to download, store or extract any of the data accessed through the application.
Shopify App Data Usage
PostTag may be installed by merchants using the Shopify platform. When installed, the app may process customer address information submitted during checkout or order creation in order to validate delivery addresses and return accurate geolocation coordinates.
Address information is processed solely for the purpose of validating delivery details and improving delivery accuracy.
What services do we offer our clients?
PostTag does not collect personal data beyond the address information submitted for validation requests, which is processed only to provide the service.
Data is processed to return longitude and latitude point from the Clients address. Raw Client data may be retained in order to perform checks on our software output and test latest iterations in Our Services. Validation requests may be logged temporarily for service monitoring and debugging but are not retained longer than necessary.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing, protect personal safety, or protect against legal liability.
